Squaw Valley is a major skiing and snowboard resort that is most notable for its famous hosting of the 1960 Winter Olympics. As of 2019, it is in partnership with the nearby Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. There are seven proper zones in Squaw Valley excluding SnoVentures and the Village at Squaw Valley. The zones are described below are from easiest to hardest.
California’s Great America is a park located in Santa Clara, California, just north of San Jose. The park opened at May 20, 1976 as property of Marriot and was later sold to Paramount. Paramount after sold the park to Ceder Fair.

Sand Harbor is located in the northeast corner of Lake Tahoe and has a beautiful beach. The lake is cold but very clear. The lake and mountains are worth a visit. The place is right next to Lake Tahoe with Nevada Highway 28 passes through on the side.
Tahoe is about two hours from Sacramento and people can find suitable activities here in any season.
