Lake Tahoe

Day One

We headed for Squaw Valley Ski Resort early at around five o’clock in the morning since we signed up a 9:00am class. A usually four hour driving took us three and half hours this time. That was a good driving experience ever for me.

We had a three day ski trip at Lake Tahoe area of California. We stayed in a cabin close to Truckee.

Day one

On our way from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe area, we ran into a snow storm. I-80 was shutdown, so an alternative route (highway 49 & 20; Through Grass Valley and Nevada City.) we took to get to Truckee.
