Three day trip to Squaw Valley Ski Resort
Day One
We headed for Squaw Valley Ski Resort early at around five o’clock in the morning since we signed up a 9:00am class. A usually four hour driving took us three and half hours this time. That was a good driving experience ever for me.

With his own ski gears on, my son got himself ready for the full day lesson after reported to the SQUAW KIDS building. His last ski lesson with Squaw was 3 years ago, so the instructor put him to the magic carpet area for a ski level test. He was then assigned to a small group and his young instructor lead them to the Gold Coast Funitel right away for the lesson.

During the lesson, they went up to Big Blue Express to warm up and then went on Gold Coast to practice on harder terrains. After, they skied down Mountain Run to lunch. After that, they went up again to the Shirley Lake section to practice skiing there. Finally, his class came back and then he went up the Aerial Tram with another friend to the Big Blue section to hang out. After eating dinner and having a relaxing time at the hot tub, we stayed at the Village at Squaw Valley for the night.

Day Two
Waking up late, we ate a quick breakfast and quickly went to the Aerial Tram building to get to High Camp. Then, we skied in the beginner terrain near High Camp. My son left us after warming up for the day for Gold Coast Express. While we skied at Mountain Meadow and Bailey's Beach lift section, my son left for Big Blue lift. After that, he went on Gold Coast Express and tried out the terrain to see if it was like yesterday. Finally, he left to the Shirley section and skied down Marlliac's. Unfortunately, he couldn't be with us for lunch as he was too busy skiing.
Later, we became tired of skiing and went down by the Aerial Tram. However, we found out that my son was still up at Big Blue with his friends. It turned out that he went with his friends down a half pipe at Big Blue. He had tons of fun and they skied down Mountain Run. Later, we ate dinner at a restaurant in the village and went to the hot tub in the Village hotel. After that, we went to our room and slept for the final day.
Day Three
The final day, we ate a quick breakfast and quickly packed up and left the Village at Squaw Valley. However, before we did, we went to get a keychain from the Squaw Valley store. Finally, we left the valley toward the west coast for the year.
